Tissues - Check to make sure there are tissues in boxes on the platform. Refill as needed. Supplies are in kitchen.

Ropes - Rope off last 3 rows in each section.
Sign - Place sign on exterior doors that worship center opens at 8:50.
Outreach TV - Turn on outreach monitor. Battery pack is in staff office at end of hallway.
Clean - Inspect floors for cleanliness.
Pulpit – This includes:
Check in with service director to know best time to move pulpit to the platform.
Ask someone sitting near the front of the worship center to move the pulpit.
8:50am Open - Open the worship center doors.
During service
Greet - Greet guests as they enter.
Wheelchairs - Assist anyone in a wheelchair. Remove a chair at the end of a row for that person.
Close Doors - Close worship center doors at the end of the 1st song.
Late Arrivals - Help anyone coming in “late” find a seat. Once the sermon begins, make sure people are not walking to the front of the room. This could mean:
Removing ropes as needed.
Asking people to move to the end of the row to make room.
Adding extra chairs.
Exit Doors - Assist with the exit doors to reduce sound when closing.
Spills - Assist with anything that might happen like spills.
Between services
Open - Open the exit doors at the end of the response song (song immediately after sermon).
Reset - After the majority of people have left, reset the room to include:
Closing the exit doors
Put the “Opens at 10:25am sign” on doors.
Put ropes back up on last 3 rows in each section.
Restock chair backs as needed.
Clean up any spills or overflowing trash cans.
after 2nd service
Open - Open the exit doors at the end of the response song (song immediately after sermon).
Reset - After the majority of people have left, reset the room to include:
