Inspired by Psalm 90:17, this group reflects our desire to invite God’s favor over the work of our hands and the community we build together.

Inspired by Luke 16:10 — “One who is faithful in very little is also faithful in much...” — this group reflects the heart of doing a lot with a little, being faithful with what God provides, and finding joy in stewardship and community together.

Each gathering will include exercise, Scripture reflection, and movement options for all fitness levels, such as walking, strength training, stretching, and low-impact cardio. Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
