Parking Team Checklist

Goal: Create an easy parking experience through the use of flags, signs, and physical presence so people feel expected and welcome. Here’s how:

1st service Team

8:00 AM - Arrival

Set up patio/lawn
  • Use the leaf blower to clean off patio and sidewalks (found in janitorial closet past children’s check-in. If locked, the key is inside admin office on key hooks)
  • Set out chair cushions and patio furniture (in worship center)
  • Wipe down tables as needed
  • Set up umbrellas (located in worship center)

Set up flags/signs
  • Open the outside container (door code is located in admin office)
  • Set up flags and signs according to diagram at bottom of this page
  • Put up red tent next to sidewalk

8:30 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections tent

8:45-9:10 AM - Greet cars as they arrive

  • Stand under tent, smile, wave at people as they arrive.

9:10 AM - SERVE is complete

2nd service Team

10:10 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections Tent

10:15-10:40 AM - Greet cars as they arrive
  • Stand under tent, smile, wave at people as they arrive.

11:45 AM - Teardown equipment
  • Take down flags, signs, and red tent and put them in the outside storage container.

**Make sure outside storage container is locked.**
