hospitality Team Checklist

Goal: Create a comfortable and inviting space that facilitates fellowship and connection through means such as coffee, breakfast, cleanliness, etc. Here’s how:

1st service Team

8:30 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections tent

8:35 AM - Begin prep for 1st Service

Set up drink station
  • Set up water station on breakfast table, specifically:
    • Small water/juice cups (kept in coffee cart)
    • Bottles of orange juice and ice water

9:45 AM - Prep for breakfast/fellowship hour

Set up food table in the lobby near patio doors.
  • Cold food located in the refrigerator - bagels, bagel condiments, yogurt
  • Snacks on the shelf in kitchen, fruit in fridge or on kitchen counter
  • Toaster
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Napkins
  • Small plates
  • Plastic silverware

Patio
  • Wipe down outside tables

Clean lobby
  • Wipe down table tops
  • Clean up any trash/spills on the floors
  • Make sure tables and chairs are placed neatly
  • Clean glass doors of fingerprints
  • Check for full/overflowing trash cans and take trash out. Do not leave in the kitchen or hallways.

Clean bathrooms
  • Wipe down bathroom counters
  • Clean up any trash on the floors
  • Make sure all bathrooms are fully stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, soap). Supplies can be found in kitchen cabinets and on the shelves.
  • Check for full/overflowing trash cans and take trash out. Do not leave in the kitchen or hallways.

10:15 AM - SERVE is complete

2nd service Team

10:10 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections tent

10:15 AM - Restock breakfast/drinks

Lobby
  • Restock water/juice/cups as needed
  • Restock food items as needed

10:45 AM - Reset

Lobby
  • Wipe down table tops
  • Clean up any trash/spills on the floors
  • Make sure tables and chairs are placed neatly
  • Clean glass doors of fingerprints
  • Check for full/overflowing trash cans and take trash out. Do not leave in the kitchen or hallways.
  • Put breakfast items back in the kitchen or refrigerator

Bathrooms
  • Wipe down bathroom counters
  • Clean up any trash on the floors
  • Make sure all bathrooms are fully stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, soap). Supplies can be found in kitchen cabinets and on the shelves
  • Check for full/overflowing trash cans and take trash out. Do not leave in the kitchen or hallways

11:50 AM (Or 15 min after service ends)

  • Wipe down table tops
  • Clean up any trash/spills on the floors
  • Make sure tables and chairs are placed neatly
  • Check for full/overflowing trash cans and take trash out
  • Move beverage items back into the kitchen. Place drinks in refrigerator.

12:00 PM - SERVE is complete
