Worship Team

Soundboard Technician

Embark is looking for someone to operate the sound board during Sunday AM worship. This position requires an ear to mix sound.

There is a paid stipend for this position. 


Embark is building a worship team and actively recruiting people who have a desired level of musical competence. We are specifically looking for, but not limited to, the following positions:

  • Vocals, specifically male vocalists
  • Guitar
  • Drums
  • Keyboard

There are possible paid opportunities for musicians following the interview process. 


Embark is adding people to the following existing AV/production teams. There are two different positions.

  • Lyrics - Displays the lyrics and other media on the screens during Sunday AM worship.
  • Lights/Online Service - Manages the house and stage lighting transitions, as well as starts and ends the livestream.

Media Manager (Part-Time)

We are looking for a talented Media Manager (social and website) to administer our media content. You will be responsible for creating original text and videos. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Creating and maintaining a unique social media campaign
  • Completing market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns
  • Project management skills, like goal setting and deadline management
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Photo and video-editing experience

Children's Ministry Internship

Internship Goals:
  • Learn how a children's ministry department operates by being a working part of the team
  • Engage children through teaching on Sunday morning
  • Suggest ideas of where we can improve

Specific areas of learning and duties will include:  
1. Administration: Learning and executing the administration associated with operating a children’s ministry. This includes:
  • Scheduling volunteers
  • Preparing lessons & activities
  • Preparing to receive students on Sunday mornings
  • Using technology to accomplish necessary tasks

2. Sunday Morning: Rotating through and learning how to operate the various children’s ministry areas on Sunday morning. They are:  
  • Preparation to receive children and volunteers
  • Operation of children’s check-in and dismissal
  • Operation of four classrooms ranging from ages 0-10, to include teaching.  
  • Actions after kids and volunteers have left

3. Communication:  Learning how to prepare and communicate with:
  • Parents
  • Children Ministry volunteers / team members
  • Kids

4. Outside Sunday morning:  Learn through assisting in the planning, organizing and implementing of any events / activities.

5. Other:  There may be other assigned duties depending on the student's interest and competence level.  

There are possible paid opportunities for students upon successful completion of the internship.

College Ministry Coordinator

Embark Church is looking for either a male or female to build and develop a college outreach ministry and spiritual development ministry.

Job duties include:
  • Gather other college students
  • Facilitate college students' spiritual development
  • Work with the pastor in planning, coordinating, and administering fellowship events, service/outreach events, and curriculum
