Wed Rehearsal Checklist

Pre-rehearsal
5:00 pm - Setup
- Unlock the double doors to the parking lot.
- Turn on the house lights in the worship center.
- Get the blue key out of the admin office closet.
- Get the microphones and in-ears out of the band closet next to the platform.
- Make sure microphones and in-ears have freshly charged batteries.
- In the soundbooth, turn on:
- Power button (behind the soundboard)
- Soundboard switch (on the back right of the soundboard)
- Lyrics computer (next to soundboard). Open up ProPresenter.
- Stage lights (computer on far left of soundbooth). Open up Titan app. Set to “Cue 33”.
- LED Screen & Confidence Monitor
- Wireless receivers under the desk
- Ensure all instruments and equipment is plugged in, operational, and ready to go.
5:15 pm - Prep music
- Download Tracks
- Open Laptop
- Click on Playback App @ Bottom
- Create a new set list from options menu on the right
- Once new setlist is loaded,
- Click an empty square with the (+) and search for Song
- Click a new square for every song added
- Setup Transitions between each song
- Print Sheet Music if needed from CCLI
During Rehearsal
6:00 pm - Huddle Agenda
- Gather together (worship team and AVL team)
- Housekeeping/Casting Vision
- Take prayer concerns & pray
- Remind of assignments
- Songs
- Instruments
- Vocalists
- AVL
- Sound
- Walk thru service plan, including who is leading each part. DELEGATE.
- Countdown
- Transition
- Song 1
- Transition
- Song 2
- Transition
- Song 3
- Transition to Speaker
- Song 4
- Dismissal
- Everyone gets in position on the platform.
6:15 pm - Soundcheck
- Instruments
- Vocalists Mics
- In-Ear Packs
6:20 pm - Rehearsal
- Practice all three songs. Work out correct keys / harmonies / etc.
- Make sure lyrics are correct.
- Instruments
Full service run thru with transitions
- Go all the way through the worship set without stopping like it’s Sunday AM.
Post-Rehearsal
- Put the mics and in-ears back in band closet and make sure the door is locked
- Take the batteries out of mics and in-ears and put on battery charger in band closet
- Turn off all equipment, to include:
- Fan in drum kit
- Instruments
- Wireless Receivers
- Soundboard
- All computers
- LED Screen & Confidence Monitor
- Power button behind the soundboard (save for last)
- Put the blue keyring back in the admin office closet
- Turn off house lights in the worship center
- Make sure all doors are locked
- Set the alarm
