Embark Church: Good News of Great Joy

Have you ever felt like joy is far from you?

This passage shows us that God often brings the greatest joy to the most unexpected people in the most ordinary places. In Luke 2:8–19, a group of hardworking shepherds are out in the dark fields, just doing their jobs, when the sky suddenly explodes with light and angels.

The angels tell them not to be afraid because a Savior has been born—a message of "good news of great joy" meant for everyone, especially those who feel overlooked.
