coffee Team Checklist

as of November 1, 2024

Goal: Create a comfortable and inviting space that facilitates fellowship and connection by making coffee for everyone. Here’s how:

1st service Team

8:00 AM - Set up for 1st service

Brew coffee
  • Begin brewing coffee (3 regular, 1 decaf to start) 
  • Move coffee cart outside to the patio (unless extreme weather) 

Set up coffee station
  • Coffee dispensers
  • Coffee signs
  • Coffee condiments (kept in coffee counter)
  • Coffee cups, lids, and stirrers (kept in coffee desk)

Set out hot tea
  • Make a pot of hot water in coffee maker
  • Set out tea bags and honey

8:30 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections tent

8:35-9:00 AM - Refill as needed

9:00 AM - SERVE is complete

2nd service Team

10:10 AM - Huddle at Guest Connections tent

10:15 AM - Set up for 2nd service

  • Check coffee, condiments, and tea station and refill as needed

11:45 AM - Clean-up
  • Bring in coffee cart
  • Wash coffee carafes
  • Turn off coffee maker
  • Dump grounds
  • Wipe down counter
  • Check coffee bean supply and write down any needed items on the supply list located on the refrigerator door.

12:00 PM - SERVE is complete
