coaches Checklist

Goal: Ensure all team members know what to do and have the resources they need.
Before 1st Service
- Huddle at 8:30am. Walk thru agenda and pray with team.
- Hand out checklists.
- Check behind teams to make sure everything has been done.
- Areas to look out for:
- Flags & signs out
- Tents out (red in front of patio, black guest connections tent by main entrance)
- Patio furniture and umbrellas out
- Music on in lobby and outside
- Check in on each team member. Ask how they’re doing. Get to know them.
- Be available for any questions.
Between Services
- Make sure music is playing in lobby and outside.
After 2nd Service
- Make sure music is playing in lobby and outside.
- Make sure team members get everything cleaned up and packed up.
- Thank everyone for what they do to make a difference.
